An Egyptian wandering Berlin

I am a design leader from Cairo, Egypt. My work spans Europe and MENA regions, with over 7 years of experience in managing international teams and steering product design in multiple high-profile products and services; B2B, B2C, and B2B2C.

For more than 10 years in the User Experience arena, I led outcome-driven design projects while fostering effective partnerships, building teams and effectively influencing stakeholders.

My design process puts business in mind and users at heart. I was fortunate to share my design philosophy in 7 different speaking engagements in Egypt and across Europe. Following this very basic principle, my work was recognised with 4 awards in international competitions throughout my 10+ year work tenure.

I am currently based in Berlin, leading the design team at Staffbase as Director of Product Design. When I am not working on a design project, I am out there on the streets of Berlin taking pictures.
